PROPERTY DESCRIPTION - The approximate 200 acres of undeveloped waterfront property adjoins Lake Ferguson and has direct access to the Mississippi River which is approximately 2.9 miles Southwesterly of the site. The site will connect to Harbor Front Road (MDOT maintained) which is paralleled by the Columbus and Greenville (Class III) railway. The site is located less than 1 mile from 4 lane U.S. Highway 82. The site is located approximately 2.3 miles from the Port of Greenville which has a four barge bay covered all-weather load out facility with a 60 ton overhead crane. All due-diligence inspections/reports (Phase I, Soil Testing, Cultural Surveys, etc.) have been completed and the land is cleared for industrial development. The property is owned by the MS Levee Board, and the Washington County Economic Alliance is the representing firm.
